Treebo Trend Iris Studotel

For the price, this was a great experience. I arrived late at night, at 0300H, and a staff member was there to receive us. They upgraded me to a higher superdeluxe room on arrival, and breakfast was included with the booking.

It's in a calm area and connected to a restaurant on the ground floor. If you're staying around Pune airport, this is a good pick. We booked both a premium and a standard room. I'd suggest premium for more than two people. The standard room we got had single beds. Parking is small but sufficient, and staff helped us with our luggage.

Room service was quick and good, though the food was average. The rooms are clean but a little cramped. Parking can be tricky, so if you're leaving early in the morning, park last to avoid a hassle. Staff are helpful when cars are parked behind yours and need to be moved. Google Maps can be confusing, and Rapido might take you to another Treeboo location, so be careful.

I stayed 11 nights and had a horrible experience. The bathroom drain was blocked and took 48 hours to fix, while staff kept denying I'd reported it earlier. Staff were very slow to respond, and simple items I asked for never arrived. Cleaning was far below average: they didn't change the linen or sheets, then said at reception that they had. The floor was wiped with some sticky liquid, no idea what it was. Breakfast was all too oily.
