The price didn't feel justified by the quality of the accommodation. Our room also had problems, including air conditioning that wasn't working. When I told the manager, he said he'd look into it, but nothing was done, and he said there were no other rooms available. It was a disappointing stay.

The food was awful too. We ordered a veg cheese grilled sandwich and got tasteless bread with mayonnaise inside and no cheese at all. The room was filthy, with cockroaches crawling around, and the bathroom was so dirty and poorly kept that it was practically unusable. The whole property smelled bad and seemed completely neglected. We booked through Booking.com at 2300 INR, but the receptionist said it was 2800 INR when we arrived. They then charged another 500 INR for early check-in, so we paid 3200 INR instead of the listed 2300 INR. Avoid this place. It's not worth the money, time, or sanity.

The location is prime, and service was good. The rooms look nice, but the cockroach problem is awful. I killed about 35-40 during my stay. The bathroom was a bit dirty and had cockroaches everywhere too. Its exhaust was open, or covered with cardboard with gaps, which made it feel unsafe for women. The place isn't maintained neatly. I'm also not sure why they don't accept anyone below the 1800 price shown on the notice board. They should inspect and maintain the rooms.

We stayed for four days and asked for the room and bathroom to be cleaned after the first two. Someone came two hours later and cleaned only the room. He said he'd come back in ten minutes to do the bathroom, but never returned. That says a lot about how they treat customers. The rooms seem to be getting worse, with no apparent effort to maintain the property. I've visited three times, and each stay has been worse than the last. The first was fine. On my second visit, the bathroom was filthy, I had to deal with it myself, and staff were disrespectful. They also refused an Oyo booking, saying they wouldn't accept a reservation below 1500 rs. This time the room was dirty, the washbasin leaked, and the toilet was in terrible condition. Dirty water leaked while I tried to shower. Staff were rude, and if you weren't checked out by 11 am, they'd yell and seemed ready to force us out. It's been a terrible experience, with the property seeming focused only on making money.
