Small cockroaches were in the room and bedding, and the power kept fluctuating. The elevator only ran when requested. They gave us one bottle of drinking water for three people, though ideally each person should get one complimentary bottle a day. Google Maps drops you on a busy main road, so you have to search around for the right lane. There's no car parking, only a messy area outside where locals may wander around your vehicle. We had to carry our own luggage to the room, and there was no room service. The receptionist, who called himself the manager, said staff were only available from 10 am to 5 pm. Guests could be left waiting or stranded for 15-30 minutes if they needed anything. I chose this couple friendly hotel with my family because I needed to stop for one night on a long journey, and they wouldn't refund the payment. Most visitors were couples checking in by the hour, as I confirmed in the register when entering my details. Staying here with my family was a mistake. Since most guests seemed to have just one reason for checking in, the staff didn't bother arranging basic tea or coffee for families. A big no if you're planning to stay here with family.

It was a really horrible experience. The room was untidy, the water wasn't clean, and the ACs weren't working. The OYO app showed the airport as much closer than it is, they were at least 14 km away. Extremely disappointing.

The manager said the AC needed a capacitor and would work properly if they spent 4700 INR. He showed me five or six rooms, and none of their ACs worked. I had a sleepless night. This hotel, Vansh Exotica, Wagholi, Pune, was a total waste of money. Please don't book here, it's a third-class place.

The staff are extremely nice and courteous, and it's hard to find a cleaner place at these prices. We stayed here while attending NH7, and it was really close to the venue. I'd recommend it to budget travellers.
