Chandan Resort

We came back after a better first visit, when the rooms weren’t very clean but the owner, Abhishek, sorted things out himself and seemed polite and trustworthy. That’s why I booked again and paid an advance for two rooms. This time we arrived a bit late to find the rooms in poor condition: the AC didn’t work, there was no remote, no hanger in the washroom, and several basic amenities were missing. Abhishek’s attitude had changed. He was rude and unprofessional, seemed possibly intoxicated, and told us to adjust instead of helping. The stay fell far short of what we expected, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The price was just right, the hotel was in good condition, and the staff treated us well. I loved it and would stay here again whenever I’m in Puri.

Very poor quality. They served bad food every day, and even the chicken smelled bad.

We made lovely memories with our friends here, and CHANDAN RESORT helped make the trip memorable. The hotel is just steps from the sea beach, so we spent time by the water, played in the waves, and watched the sunset. Our room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The amenities and service added to the experience. We’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing beach holiday in Puri. 5/5 stars.
