We were only 11 minutes past checkout, and I’d informed them beforehand, but the owner still made us pay 30% of the tariff for late checkout. That felt extremely inhospitable, and the service was pathetic. Nobody told us the kitchen would be closed, so it got too late and we went to sleep hungry. The hotel is also far from major spots like the railway station and Puri Mandir. Don’t be taken in by the 5 star reviews. They look fake if you read them, and all the recent reviews are 1 star.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were cooperative. It was also easy to find and conveniently located. Food choices could be better, and room service was a little slow, but the stay was decent for the price.

The room I saw when booking looked good, but when I got there they tried to give me an average one. They changed it after I complained. They didn’t provide a toilet kit or any room service, and the staff were very sluggish. They’re doing so many illegal things. Don’t book here or you’ll regret it.

I arrived to check in at 2:00 AM, after paying the full amount in advance, but the staff refused to give me a room and made irresponsible excuses. They were rude, uncooperative, and showed no concern, even though I was left stranded in the middle of the night with a confirmed booking. Taking full payment and then refusing accommodation is unacceptable and unprofessional. The whole thing felt dishonest and unethical. It was a total waste of money and caused mental harassment. I strongly warn others not to book here.

We stayed for two days, and the service was a letdown. The staff were rude and unprofessional, which made us uncomfortable. We’d expected better hospitality. It was a bad experience, and based on the service we got, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
