The bathrooms were dirty and needed maintenance, and the handles were broken, so someone could get hurt. The AC barely worked most of the time, leaving the room uncomfortable. For the high price, the facilities and quality weren't worth it. Service was poor too, and staff weren't responsive when I asked for help. I wouldn't recommend it. Look elsewhere.

We checked out after just four hours because of the staff's behavior, pointless rules, and terrible bathroom. This place feels like part of a trap involving auto drivers who get commissions from hotels. Don't rely on an auto driver who says they'll take only 100 rs for booking a hotel, because the price can end up doubled or tripled. Read the reviews before booking.

The food was so bad we gave up halfway through what we ordered. In the morning, the geyser wasn't on, and when we asked about it, the staff spoke as if we'd asked them to heat the water by hand. They were also very rude and kept pressing us to leave the room, without waiting even half an hour. Really bad experience. I won't recommend it. Go somewhere else 🤢🤮

Terrible stay. The staff were abusive and very rude, repeatedly banging on the door starting two hours before checkout.

The staff were intoxicated. Even if you've paid in advance, I'd leave that money behind and find another place. Don't choose this hotel.
