For the price, this was a good hotel to stay at. The staff were well behaved and responsive, and the hospitality and customer service were good overall.

The staff were very rude, and the room was in terrible shape for cleanliness. The toilets were dirty, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Worst hotel, don't book it.

Apart from the swimming pool, everything was below average, including the rooms and staff service.

We booked one night with breakfast, but the person we asked about it seemed reluctant to serve us. They called someone to check the booking, mentioned they were out of milk for coffee, and came back after 10-15 minutes. We got the message and left. The hotel is below average, next to a stinking fish market. The room was big but poorly maintained, with stained bedsheets, no hot water, and chairs that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages.

We spent four days here and had an awesome experience. The staff were so well behaved, and the hotel authority were helpful without causing any disturbance. Food quality was good, and we'd like to stay again. I'd recommend it to visitors. The railway station is just five minutes from the hotel, and the beach is 2 km away.
