There was no light in our room, and they didn’t provide us with anything. The staff’s behavior and manners were very bad. The whole experience was awful.

Checkout is fixed at 7am, which is very inconvenient. They charge for service and cleaning, even though those should be their responsibility. They didn’t even give us an extra small soap for toiletries.

We paid 2500 inr for one night in a “9 bed” room for 10 adults, but there was only one bathroom, with the comode, basin, and bathing area all together, and no handwash. Two charging slots worked, which wasn’t enough for 10 people, and there was just one hanger in the whole room. The TV was useless. There wasn’t enough space to dry clothes or enough tables for our things. The common Indian toilet had a badly messed up drainage system. We found two water filters, but one tasted below average and the other had clearly visible impurities. They wouldn’t provide an extra mattress even when we asked.

The hotel gave us a form instead of a matresss. Worst hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. There was no service, and the room condition was awful. Please don’t come here.
