The place was dirty, and what was shown during the online booking didn't match. We booked through booking.com, then went to find another hotel, but they wouldn't refund our advance.

I had to cancel my two-room booking on booking.com because my plans changed. It was supposed to have free cancellation, and I'd paid an advance, but I still haven't received that money back despite reminding them several times.
