We faced gender bias from both the manager and staff, and nobody made us feel welcome. They were rude and didn't know how to treat customers. I wouldn't suggest staying here, and I'd ask people not to book it.

Yatra took payment for a booking listed under Oyo Rooms, but there was no property description, Oyo reference number, or proper invoice. Customer care then wouldn't respond to questions about the booking. My experience with the Yatra App was awful.

Please save yourself the trouble and avoid OYO and YATRA. They show photos and a location for a 3 star hotel at a very cheap rate, but when you arrive at that address, the hotel says it has no tie-up with Yatra. Your hard earned money is gone. The address is right, but it's for a different hotel. They also don't put the hotel name on the booking invoice, even though every Oyo room should legally have it. OYO and Yatra are looting people together. I'd give less than one star if I could.

My parents had a confirmation voucher, yet the hotel refused to let them stay and left them standing in the street for hours. Apparently there was a dispute between the hotel and yatra. I can't describe how inhuman that was. May those people be cursed for treating pilgrims this way over money.

They messed up the booking for senior citizens and didn't even provide accommodation. This was the worst hotel booking experience. Save your money and don't book here.
