We booked three days but wanted to leave the next morning. The location is awful, with almost no access to the property. In the mornings, sewage flows out and the road fills with a stench. Inside, maintenance is poor and housekeeping seems unsupervised. The bedsheets, towels, and pillow covers were all stained. Staff were untrained, though helpful and prompt. The buffet was just okay, with nearly the same menu each time. We had our dog with us, and management was quite accommodating and helpful. Still, there's nowhere to walk a dog, and stray dogs outside are a problem. If you're traveling with a furry friend, please don't book here. Try somewhere toward the far end of New Marine drive or along the way to Konark temple instead. This place doesn't suit the price they're asking.

The food was good and came quickly, and the polite staff were quick to take care of requests. Rooms are fairly spacious and clean, though there was a smell in the first floor lobby that seemed like LPG. Not sure if others noticed it. The in-room cushions and bed pillows should be replaced, since they had spots on them. The location felt a bit shady.

We visited pupil puri in March 26, and everything was fine. The hotel management made the trip very pleasant, with excellent food and service and no complaints from us. The owner, Mr. Jyoti, was especially polite and friendly and took good care of guests. We'll visit again and recommend it to others. 🙂 👍🙏

An employee named Vikas was active, very well behaved, and spoke nicely. The seafood tasted good, but both my mom and I got food poisoning after eating here. The food overall was pretty bad, and its quality needs to improve.
