Sri Puri Palace

The pool and spa were bliss, just right for unwinding after a long day. The staff were super friendly, our rooms were spotless, and the toilet was really good and clean. The food was delicious too. We had an amazing time and I’d totally recommend it!

The service was great: the first room they gave us had a broken window, but they moved us to another room straight away. Cleanliness was average. The room was good for the price, though the complimentary mineral water wasn’t provided, and the breakfast menu wasn’t that great.

Hotel Rockbay in Puri made a great impression from the moment I arrived. The staff welcomed me warmly and were genuinely hospitable, and throughout the stay they went out of their way to help, including with travel tips. The location made sightseeing easy, with Puri beach, Jagannath Temple, and local markets conveniently close. I found the rooms spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable mix of elegance and comfort. The beds made for a restful night after exploring the city, and Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and room service were prompt and efficient. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. Meals were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented, with local Odia dishes as well as Indian and continental choices. For leisure, a family vacation, or a spiritual trip, I’d highly recommend Hotel Rockbay for its comfort, convenience, and welcoming feel. I can’t wait to come back!

The service from the manager and all the staff at Hotel New Rockbay Puri is pathetic. They overcharge for everything, including water, and don’t follow the mrp price. It feels like they’re looting people in the name of service and food.
