Sterling Puri

The food was the highlight for me, especially at Amo Odisha and Solara, though all three restaurants served really tasty meals. I also appreciated the personal attention, warm hospitality, spotless rooms and good housekeeping at Sterling Puri. Gayatri, Chhatrasal, Pranay, and Nur ji deserve a special thank-you for their commendable service. Highly recommend the stay.

We even got help with guidance for the mandir darshan, and the reception team, Saumya and Abhijeet, were prompt and helpful. Sujata, Lizalin and Regina gave the best service I've seen, while Chef Sujan and Chef Kapil clearly know their craft. The food was so good that we overate almost every day. Our room was clean and efficient, and the resort and staff were very good. 10/10, would come again.

The pool was nice, though it didn't have a deep section, and breakfast in the multi-cuisine restaurant was average and mostly Indian. There was no alcohol service at all, which was a significant drawback. The children's gaming room was good, but some games that are usually free at hotels cost extra. We came as a family with two sons and had booked a premium garden-view room. It was on the third floor with no view and didn't look like the pictures, so we were very disappointed. Management agreed to move us to a sea-view deluxe room, which was much better, with a good-sized room, large balcony, and lovely views of the ocean and pool. The balcony was attached to nearby rooms, though, so privacy and security felt reduced. The hotel itself looked pretty good. The price was high, though I understand it may have been due to the marriage season.

Sanjiv from In-Room Dining took especially good care of my elderly parents, with genuine care and professionalism. The property is very well maintained, but the staff are what really make it stand out. GM Sameer made sure we had a great welcome and that everything was arranged smoothly. I've spent nearly 20 years in the corporate insurance world, so I pay close attention to how a place is run. Sterling Group is operating at a global level, in my view, ahead of many well-known legacy brands. This Pan India chain has one of the best hospitality teams, from the CEO to the GM and the people below them. I'd be glad to recommend Sterling to my professional network for corporate conventions and large events. I'm having a world-class experience here. My only regret is that my leave balance doesn't give me an extra day. Compliments to the whole team for setting such a high bar for hospitality. Warm regards, Tapan Mehta
