The Bay Suites

The staff at Hotel Bay Suites were kind and helpful throughout, and their warm manner really made a difference. They even prepared special food for my 1.5-year-old child without hesitation, which meant a lot. The meals were fresh and delicious, and the service was better than I expected. The location is handy for major attractions while still feeling peaceful. I'd gladly recommend Hotel Bay Suites to anyone visiting Puri.

The service at The Bay Suites was fantastic, with staff who responded quickly. It's right across from the seaside, so getting to the beach is easy. My room was spacious, had a nice balcony view and came with good quality amenities. Breakfast had lots of options, and room cleaning was prompt each day. A few things could be better: the fourth-floor wifi was frustrating for work, the pretty bathroom needed a deeper clean, and the à la carte menu seemed a little expensive. A smart TV in the deluxe rooms would also suit the price.

We came from Pune and checked in on the morning of the 22nd. The rooms were spotless when we got there, and housekeeping quickly took care of a few extra arrangements we needed. From Senior Manager Krishna ji and the front desk to security, housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone was cooperative. The restaurant staff were especially wonderful, serving food hot and prepared to our tastes throughout all three days. Hope to visit again. Love to all the staff.

We stayed for a couple of days and had a fabulous time. The rooms were hygienic, with a beautiful beach view that was lovely to wake up to. Mr. Dalai, Ms. Kaberi and Mr Jitendra were consistently available and supportive. The delicious meals came from the wonderful team led by Mr. Chitranjan and Ms. Sushmita. I'd suggest trying the food here, everything was exceptional. Chitranjan Ji, I'll miss the meals!
