The staff, especially the manager Mr.Pritam Saha, were always ready to help with a smile and a genuinely selfless attitude. My family and I stayed for five days and had no problems with any of the facilities. The hotel is in a great spot, about a two-minute walk from puri beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with clean bathrooms, balconies and geysers for hot water whenever we needed it. Free Wi-Fi was available too. You can cook your own meals, bring food in from outside, or order food through the hotel. Just place an order 3-4 hours ahead and they'll deliver a fresh, tasty meal. If you're visiting Puri and want a decent place at a reasonable rent, this one is worth considering. It has a homely feel and makes a nice base for enjoying the beaches and culture.

Food here was really poor, more like footpath quality, and the prices were steep. A small bowl of chutney cost Rs 75/-, and each small piece of papad was Rs 25. Four puris cost Rs 65/-, but the puris and parathas were almost raw and made with atta. They charged Rs 2500 per day, yet didn't change the towels or bed sheets daily. This hotel is truly cheating its guests.

They shut the hotel gate after 11pm and won't let guests in or out. We had a confirmed booking through Oyo, but when we arrived after 11pm they refused us because they'd already given the same rooms to local visitors. The staff were unprofessional. When we tried to argue, the manager told us to leave right away and threatened to call local goons if we kept it up. Don't be fooled by the pictures. This is a third class hotel with unsocial staff.

The room was good and reasonably priced. The hotel was still under construction when I stayed, but the room service was good for that time, and the view from the hotel was nice. They also have Wi-Fi.
