The staff were quick and genuinely helpful, and the Dal was delicious. But the rooms felt only average for what they charge. The washroom looked clean at first glance, yet there was dust on the taps and counters, and rust on the taps and walls. It’s a reasonable choice if food and service matter most, though the rooms need upkeep and a proper deep clean.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Central Point five times this year, after a friend suggested it. The rooms are excellent, the staff treat guests well, and the food is very good too. I had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend it.

We waited over an hour and ended up leaving without eating, with my whole family. I’ve eaten at restaurants across India and never had service this terrible. The restaurant staff seemed unprofessional and were especially rude. Don’t go here with family or friends. A very, very bad experience.

Center Point is still the standout restaurant in Purnea for me. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is impeccable, and the food is top quality. It feels like more than just a meal, a magnificent experience.
