The fresh air and cooler evenings were a welcome change from Pushkar town, and the Aravali Hills make the setting feel calm without being dull. The market is only about 500 metres away, while Brahma Ji Temple and the main bus stand are 1.5 km away. Backpackers Panda, also known as Chand Palace, worked well for my solo trip, and seems suited to families too. There’s a spacious lawn, lots of greenery, an open restaurant, a retro-style cafe, and a pool. My room was neat, and the bathroom was clean and hygienic. They have dorms and Swiss Tent Ensuite options as well as family double rooms, all at reasonable, competitive rates. The staff were cheerful, polite, and supportive. I had a great stay here. Big thumbs up for Backpackers 🐼. Thanks.

The views were amazing, and the staff were humble and really helpful. We visited in the off-season and got to choose from the rooms that were available. The setting is much prettier than the rooms, though. The place wasn't clean during our stay, and we had no electricity all night. Fortunately, the weather was good. The bed and bathroom felt too unhygienic to use, and the blanket was in poor shape and torn.

Christmas and New Year felt like spending the holidays with a big family here. Jui is a bit like the hostel's mum, always there to guide and support you. Jui, Rahul and Methab made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and they’ve built a warm atmosphere. They’re attentive and easy to approach. I stayed six times over my three-and-a-half months travelling around India, and it started to feel like a home away from home. That kind of safe, comfortable place means a lot when you're on the road for so long. The hostel is clean, the beds are really comfortable, and staff are close by if anything comes up. BPP bangalore is the best hostel I've stayed in, and I've recommended it to all my friends travelling through bangalore.

We were heading from Bikaner to Pushkar and had planned to stay at Backpacker Panda. The atmosphere is lovely, and the place feels close to nature, with room to hang out with friends. We expected to sleep in a bunk, but the manager offered us a room for the bunk-bed price, which we really appreciated. The pool is around six feet deep, and we loved both it and the service. The manager was very sweet.

For a budget stay, this was a good choice. The rooms were clean, the people friendly, and there’s even a swimming pool. It’s a short walk to the heart of the city. Didn’t get a picture, sadly, but I had a good stay.
