The calm setting at Haven Hills Resort makes it suitable for families and couples, and the staff were quick to respond whenever we asked for something. They were polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The resort has a free, clean, well-maintained swimming pool, and its pick-up and drop-off service made getting around convenient. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay with good care and value. Highly recommended.

The only time I felt relaxed was in the gazebo, where there was a nice breeze and good vibes. Everything else was a letdown. Our rooms were old, dusty, dirty, and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The toilets were disgusting, with no water, a foul smell, algae on the floor, and awful hygiene. The pool was dirty and too small to use. Staff seemed careless and unprepared. Whenever we ordered food, they said it was the last of it, so there was hardly anything to choose from. For a place calling itself a resort, that’s unacceptable. It needs a complete overhaul of cleanliness, management, and staff attitude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it, even for a short stay.

It’s a peaceful place to stay away from the bustle of the city, surrounded by greenery and the Aravalli Hills. The rooms and luxury tents often have postcard-like views of the hills. The resort sits about 2 km outside main Pushkar city and has a Balinese-style design. Mr nisbat and Karan are nice, very humble people.
