The place has the look of a royal palace, but the service was awful. There was very little lighting in the room and around the property, which made it feel creepy. Nobody told us monkeys could get onto the room balcony, and there was monkey shit all over the floor out there. It seemed foreigners got good service, while we Indians, booked through a tour agency with prepaid meals included, were mistreated and given limited food options. At checkout, the housekeeping guy asked us to hand him the key for cleaning. We said we’d return it at reception during checkout, and he got offended. He then wouldn’t help carry our bags to the car. A terrible place to stay. I’d never recommend it.

The way Rampal Singh spoke to guests was the worst part of this stay. He was rude and unprofessional, and his attitude made an already stressful visit even harder. The room was uncomfortable, overall comfort was poor for the price, and basic hospitality was missing. The food was especially disappointing, tasteless and poorly prepared, nowhere near what I expected from a property with this reputation. I wouldn’t recommend Jagat Palace, Pushkar, and won’t return.

The pool area was gorgeous and relaxing, and you could order food and drinks there. I also really enjoyed the lunch buffet, one of the best I’ve had. The rooms felt fit for royalty, with antique furniture, paintings, and lots of little details that made the stay feel special. Everything was impressive. Don’t miss staying here!

I had a really nice time here. The surroundings, food, and place to stay were all very good, and the location was great too. You should come as well 😊

We stayed just one night. The room was clean and breakfast was good. I had lots of questions about Pushkar, and the ever-smiling Mr Dasrath explained the town well. He even checked in the next day to make sure everything was fine.
