OYO Flagship 63832 Narayan Palace

I really liked the hotel’s service and staff. It sits in a prime spot in the holy town, right in front of the government bus stand, so even public transport is convenient. The Narayan Palace has lovely views of the Aravalli range, and the nearby temples and worship bells bring peace. Lord Varaha temple is attached to the hotel wall, and the sunset point is 10-20 miles away. The hotel also offers a pool, camel safari, guides, and cabs.

This is basically a dharamshala with a swimming pool. The rooms aren’t good, and you can hear toilets flushing in other rooms, so there’s no privacy. It’s a waste of money unless you only want to swim. Above a thousand rupees, it’s highly overpriced. I’d never book it for a family, married couple, or women travelling.

The hotel’s owning family takes pride in making guests happy, and the service is friendly and efficient. It’s in central Pushkar, a peaceful and comfortable base for walking or cycling around the lake, and the bazaars and city sights are easy to reach on foot. The popular Pushkar Fair Ground, Brahma Temple, and Pushkar Lake are also within walking distance. The bus and railway stations are a five-minute drive away. Hotel Narayan Palace Pushkar is in chhoti basti, surrounded by the Aravali mountain range, with picturesque scenery. Its heritage style reflects the local character, while the 15 rooms, interiors, lobby, and outdoor spaces combine local culture with modern amenities. There’s ample parking and a multi-cuisine rooftop restaurant. It’s a favorite for guests looking for a comfortable stay in Pushkar.

The room setup stays basic, with a bed, washroom, and air cooler, while prices at Narayan Palace seem to change often. The last price has apparently held for the past year and a half, but before that, it felt like rates were set according to the owner’s mood or the customer’s face. The best thing about the place is its swimming pool, which is pretty rare in Pushkar.
