We arrived in the evening on 19 Feb 2026, and checked out on 20 Feb 2026. I was unhappy with the service and the room’s hygiene. It was untidy, there was no toilet cleaner, the TV didn’t work, and WiFi wasn’t available.

The room and bathroom smelled, the washroom taps leaked, and cleaning and maintenance were poor. The sofa fabric was so dirty nobody would sit on it, and the hotel should dry-clean it regularly. We had to call reception for basics like towels and a dental kit, which should have been provided at check-in. Even after asking several times for all out, they said they didn’t have any, though mosquitoes are common in the area. Breakfast wasn’t good, and there was a late-night party at the hotel with loud music.

The staff were good, and the food was delicious. The hotel is near the temple, and I had an amazing stay. Special thanks to the front Office Manegar, who is a very cool and nice person. Overall, an excellent experience, definitely worth visiting.

The staff weren’t helpful, and the room smelled really unpleasant. It was untidy and had lots of mosquitoes. We needed to leave by 9:30 AM for our flight from Jaipur to Surat, but the food wasn’t ready. They served us only fruit, then took too long to bring the meal we’d asked for. The service was extremely poor, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend booking it.
