Sajjan Bagh Resort

We organized a monthly corporate meeting at your hotel expecting professional service, but the experience was disappointing at every level. The hotel wasn’t properly prepared, room service was inadequate, and breakfast was very poor. We also had serious food quality problems at lunch. Dinner was extremely bad too. Only the kheer was acceptable, and the rest wasn’t fit to serve. When we raised our concerns with staff and management, they didn’t handle them professionally and things escalated. We were told the hotel manager is employed in a company. During communication with that company’s ZSM, extremely rude, threatening, and inappropriate language was used. Hotel staff verbally abused us, and it nearly became a physical confrontation. The employees themselves seemed prepared for that. We paid the full charges, yet as corporate professionals we faced verbal abuse and threats. We didn’t come there to put up with insults, harassment, or unprofessional conduct. This reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management and standards. We strongly advise corporate professionals, business associates, and other guests not to stay there or hold meetings there. If anyone has an association or property linkage with this hotel, we recommend avoiding such properties in the future. We expect the complaint to be taken seriously and appropriate action to prevent this happening again.

We had a fantastic stay at sajjan bagh resort. The staff, food, and rooms were excellent, and the mountain views and lush green garden were beautiful. The pool was neat and clean. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

The pool and all the greenery around it made it easy to switch off and relax. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, and the facilities were kept in good shape. It’s a peaceful, lovely place, and the food was delicious too. A great spot for a getaway.

The menu had plenty of choice, and everything I tried was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. From the welcome onward, the service was excellent, and the resort felt relaxing and well looked after. I had a great visit. If you’re after comfort, friendly hospitality, and really good food, I’d recommend it.
