The new owner was friendly and tried to help us. The rooms were decent, though there weren’t many facilities, which was understandable since each cost only 500 Rs. It wasn’t one of our best stays, but it wasn’t bad either. We had two cot rooms, and there seemed to be confusion because ownership had changed around the time we visited. The main issue was hot water. It seemed the solar heater had a problem, so we had to use a heating rod. I’d booked three rooms, but we only got one rod to use. There’s room for improvement, but I might stay here again and hope to see some changes next time.

I paid 1700 Rs for a dirty, poorly maintained guest house with poor service. The bathrooms were horrible, the bedsheets were awful, ventilation wasn’t proper, and there was no wifi. The watchman was so rude, acting as if he owned the guest house. I’d tell people not to waste their money here. Sai towers, vantagadhi and Sai parthi are better options for facilities and service.

The owner was courteous, which was the one real plus. The rooms are very basic, with barely functional lighting and bathrooms. It’s decent value for money if you can’t get official ashram accommodation.

The place was privately run, not accommodation connected to Puttaparthi Ashram as I had assumed when I booked Sai priyanka guest house for three days on 12 December 2023. It was in a very dirty location. The bathroom was tiny, all three taps leaked, and spiders were about. A bad, foul smell came through the ventilation and windows. I left after one night, and the GST and service charges were not refunded. A terrible experience.
