Birding is a real draw here. The whole team, including Raghuraman, Jay, Prasad, Bhakti, Rohit and Abhijeet, works hard to make guests comfortable and their stay pleasant. The resort also serves excellent Konkani/ Goan cuisine.

Natures Nest is a good place to slow down and recharge, with peaceful surroundings, quality food, and staff who are humble and helpful. The food is simply awesome.

Set amid nature, this small, peaceful restaurant serves authentic GOAN food. You can order from the Ala Carte menu or have the buffet, which costs a reasonable 350Rs per head. The staff are friendly and there’s plenty of parking. They don’t sell alcoholic drinks, but they allow you to bring YOUR OWN STACK.

We spent four days here in Feb 2017. There was a delicious, generous spread of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with no repeats, plus kokum drink refills whenever we wanted.

I’ve just had a delicious Goan vegetarian buffet meal, and it was a complete delight. The service was excellent too. Nature's Nest is one of those rare places that gives such a full experience that even five stars feel inadequate. I’m sure the rooms and stay are just as top class, in this idyllic resort tucked into lush jungle near the historic Tambdi Surla Mahadev temple.
