The bathroom wasn't hygienic, the room was dirty, and the TV had no connection. The complimentary breakfast was very poor too. Customer treatment and service were the worst. The lift is tiny, with room for just one person. It wasn't worth the money, and I'd strongly recommend another hotel. 👎👎

We chose it because the price was affordable, but the rooms and bathrooms weren't very clean. They first said a menu card was available, then told us the menu was limited, so we had to look for a restaurant separately.

The breakfast buffet had a big, delicious spread: idli, vada, puri, upma, sambar, chutney, halwa, juice, chai, and coffee. We stopped here halfway between Hyderabad and Hampi. Our room was clean, the bed was soft, and the water pressure was good. Mmm...

I had booked ahead, but when I arrived they showed me a dirty room on the 5th Floor terrace, where the vessels are cleaned and there's a servant room. They refused to refund me, and the manager was very arrogant. The entrance was awful.
