The staff weren’t friendly, and the room didn’t feel worth the high price. Water from the AC dripped straight onto the bed, the toilet flush leaked water outside, and the bathroom taps ran so slowly that filling anything took ages. I booked a premium deluxe room, but the stay was poor.

There was water leaking in the bathroom all day, and the washroom kept getting blocked. The reception staff behaved very badly.

The TV didn’t work, and even after I called several times, nobody came to fix it. At checkout I was charged 70 rupees for a water bottle, though the staff hadn’t told me it would cost extra. There wasn’t any complimentary water either.

Visitors and clients aren’t welcome here, and the staff were very rude. You can’t sit in the reception area or the dining area either. Worst hotel ever.

A great place to stay, with a lovely culture and the employees provide the best hospitality.
