Small cockroaches in the room were a real hygiene concern, and the place needs better upkeep. The basin tap was broken, there were no cupboards, and basic items like a dental kit were only given if we asked. The bathroom water clogged every time we used it, so staff had to clear it. When we asked for a wiper to handle it ourselves, they refused. The sensor lights kept switching on and off at random, which made the bathroom awkward to use. Staff sounded irritated whenever we called for help. The room and especially the bathroom were in very poor condition. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bathroom was in terrible shape and didn't have any taps. We paid 9k for 2 days, but even though breakfast was included, they only let us have it on the checkout day. They also refused room service on the first day.

There are several nearby places with much better facilities and service for the money. Here, service was extremely poor, and the property didn't meet basic hospitality standards. The geyser didn't work, so hot water came in a bucket, which isn't acceptable at this price. Housekeeping didn't come daily, and basic amenity kits took repeated requests. The washroom mirror was very dirty, with obvious seepage on the walls. This was the worst stay I've had, and I strongly don't recommend it.

The facilities were excellent, and the staff were cooperative. The check-in time should be reviewed because it can disrupt that day's work. Otherwise, I had no issues. Four stars for a stay.
