The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the food is good. There’s also a decent parking area. With its location and service, it’s a very good property, especially if you need somewhere near AIIMS or NIT.

The breakfast buffet was fair and enjoyable, but I definitely wouldn’t stay again. The property and rooms look old and aren’t maintained. Water stopped coming in the room bathroom three times during the night, and the chair was so old and flimsy that I had to have it removed.

The soup was bland and short on flavor, but the chicken biryani was fragrant and tasty. Kashmiri mutton rogan josh was the standout for its rich, authentic taste. I enjoyed the dahi ke kabab and hyderabadi chicken tikka too.

The food costs far too much, and I found a hair in my meal. When I brought it up, the staff were rude and dismissive, with no apology or sense of responsibility. Between the poor hygiene, unprofessional chefs, and arrogant staff, it wasn’t worth my time or money.

The service was the worst I’ve experienced. My bed was broken and the blanket was dirty. I was given a room with 5-6 men in the front room, and the floor smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked the staff to move me, but they said it wasn’t possible.
