We paid in full, but the staff behaved so badly that we left the hotel. We spoke to the owner by phone, and he seemed so drunk he couldn't talk. We only lasted 30 minutes, even after paying. The room and washroom were dirty, the AC didn't cool, and the fan didn't work. One staff member took the AC remote away as if we were thieves. The facilities were very bad, and I've never had such a bad experience. Never visit a hotel like this.

The hotel was very expensive, and the staff weren't pleasant. Traffic was badly jammed in front, so there was a lot of noise. The room smelled bad, and the room, bed, bedsheet, and bathroom were dirty. The TV didn't work.

The room had been prepaid through MakeMyTrip, but when I reached the hotel they said the reservation had been cancelled without telling me. They then wanted 15,000 INR per night for a room I had booked through MakeMyTrip for 1400, saying the city was crowded and short on rooms because government exams were happening the next day. They refused to let me check in even after I asked repeatedly, and the staff were rude and abusive. They also wouldn't speak with MakeMyTrip customer care when the representatives tried to sort it out. I was left without anywhere to stay. I expect basic respect and professionalism as a customer, and this was completely lacking. I strongly advise against booking here.

They even took my phone and submitted a five-star rating themselves after asking me to give them five stars. The room wasn't properly cleaned: the linen was dirty, the floor felt sticky, and there was hair in both the bathroom and room. The TV channels didn't work either. They also didn't provide lotion, which other OYO properties do.

At 5 am I was told to either pay extra or cancel my booking and leave. I ended up paying because I needed a room. The manager said the OYO room was different and offered a nicer one for more money, but when I showed him the OYO photos matching the room, he claimed it wasn't available. The manager's behavior was awful, and the room wasn't clean. A terrible experience.
