The rooms weren’t hygienic and the service was very poor. They provided no amenities and wouldn’t give us a GST bill. It seemed like they were trying to hide from GST. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was a highlight, and the hotel was near popular attractions. We had a wonderful stay at HOTEL SUPREET INN. Our room was nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay memorable.

The room price was reasonable, and the rooms were clean and safe. Great location too, and the staff service was really good 👍 Nice hotel 💯

They charged us for early check-in even though a notice behind every room door says there’s no early check-in charge. Cleanliness needs attention, and they didn’t provide proper towels. They also served ordinary water in a bottle without a sealed package instead of packaged drinking water.

The staff’s behavior was intolerable, and they abuse you if you refuse to pay extra. The place is very dirty and unhygienic, and they don’t even provide water in the washroom. They also won’t honor Oyo prices for the rooms, so don’t count on the app rate. I’m in the process of complaining to OYO. I wish I could give this hotel negative stars.
