We ordered food at around 11:30 PM after watching the India vs New Zealand 2nd T20I match in Raipur. Regenta Inn Downtown, Raipur served us without hesitation, and the food was excellent and tasty even at that late hour. The prompt, awesome service made it comfortable for our family and kids around midnight. Mr. Ravi was especially polite, attentive, and excellent. We’ll choose Regenta Inn again, and recommend it for late-night food and service.

We picked Regenta for a quick stopover, and the staff had the rooms ready when we arrived. They were very helpful, and the bathroom was comfortable, with hot water running continuously even late at night. Breakfast was very good, and they tried to accommodate our request for an early meal because of our flight. The extra bed could have been better quality.

The managers at Regenta Inn Downtown, Raipur helped me right away when my IndiGo flight was cancelled, which was stressful. They were polite, focused on solving the problem, and made me feel at ease. That kind of support made a big difference. The location in the heart of Downtown Raipur was convenient, with good connectivity, safe surroundings, and plenty of city spots nearby for both business and leisure. My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bedding and amenities felt high quality, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. The atmosphere was calming from the moment I arrived. Across reception, dining, room service, and other assistance, the staff were friendly and professional, and service was quick and consistent. Management kept things running smoothly. I also appreciated the hotel's warmth and care throughout my stay. Its location, comfortable rooms, and attentive team made the experience memorable, especially during a difficult travel situation. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, premium stay.

We had a very good stay, and the staff even arranged an early breakfast for our morning flight. The extra bed was quite hard and could be improved, but the place was very nice overall.

It was an okay experience, neither luxurious nor especially good or bad. I’d rate it 3 out of 5. Don’t expect 4- or 5-star treatment.
