SPOT ON 48499 Hotel Monu

Room service was really fast, and the atmosphere was clean. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available here, and there's a TV for entertainment. The bedroom and bathroom were good, with water and lights available 24×7.

I stayed for rs450 because I was alone, tired, and didn't have a bike to look for another hotel. The room felt like a dusty storeroom, and even a boys hostel is cleaner. There was a broken mic/camera piece beside the bed. It's dirty, and the price is high. They try to get payment in cash to save tax. If you book online because it's cheaper, they may refuse to give you the room and come up with different excuses.

There were lots of mosquitoes, no light in the washroom, and the washroom was extremely small. The tariff was very high, and staff demanded extra money at checkout. I booked through oyo and had a confirmed booking, but staff first refused the room, saying they couldn't honor such a low tariff. They eventually gave me a room, with great difficulty, after I assured them I'd check out early.

The fan was noisy, the bedsheet was dirty, and there was no lock on the bathroom. Mosquitoes were around at night too. At checkout, the receptionist asks for your phone and leaves 5-star feedback himself without asking the customer. That behavior shows what the rooms are really like.
