The bedbugs were the worst part, and I ended up with rashes all over my body. There were also cockroaches, mosquitoes, and even a rat that chewed through my bag. The room itself was just fine. Spend 100 or 200 more and find a better hotel.

The final bill was much higher than the price promised when I booked, and several other guests said the same happened to them. When we asked why, the staff wouldn’t take responsibility. Check every charge carefully before paying. The inflated cost and hassle weren’t worth it.

My family member was charged far above the amount originally quoted, with no clear breakdown or explanation for the extra cost. Management was dismissive and uncooperative when we raised it. That’s unacceptable and shows poor business ethics. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you expect fair, transparent service.

Other guests told me they’d had the same experience after I found out I’d been charged much more than we agreed. When I asked them to correct it, they were rude. It’s upsetting to see this kind of dishonesty in hospitality. Avoid the hotel if fair dealing matters to you.

I was billed extra without any prior notice, and the amount hadn’t been agreed on. Other guests had the same problem. Management took no responsibility and gave no refund. It felt like they count on customers not arguing. A completely unprofessional experience.
