We got an AC room at a discounted price after bargaining a little. The room was good and spacious, with a large cabinet and a table and chairs. The washroom was clean, water ran 24/7, and chilled drinking water was free. The AC was average, though, and the TV was unusable because its Tata Sky subscription had expired 😄. There were party tape marks and cold drink stains on the walls. Food was available on request for an extra charge. I’d recommend it to budget travelers.

They refused to check me in even though my OYO booking had been confirmed the day before. The hotel staff were insulting and arrogant, and demanded extra money for each additional person beyond the rate on the OYO site. The receptionist said, “Go and do whatever you can, go to hell, maine dharamsala nai khona hai.” They said this in front of everyone, and insulted two other guests as well as me. Don’t go to this property.

The room was very compact and cost around 700 per day. There was no heater, and the bedsheet and blanket had holes. I booked directly, though the photos provided on Oyo rooms were totally different. This place could be improved a lot.

I booked through MMT, but they refused my booking because they wanted more money. I lost two hours dealing with the issues they caused, and it was a complete waste of money and time. The staff behavior was the worst I’ve ever seen. Worst hotel.

They wouldn’t honor the online booking at reception and asked for more money to stay. Don’t be fooled by the online offers, they say those prices don’t apply and staying will cost extra. Avoid this hotel. The people here are very cheap. Worst experience, a waste of money 👎😡
