Hotel Jetty Grand

15 days after my review, I got a feedback call, and the Managing director called directly to hear my concerns. They explained that during the festival season, all the ground-level staff were on leave, which is why they couldn't serve on time. The rooms are good, but service was terrible. Any request took at least 30 minutes, and even after repeated reminders, the frontline staff told me to write it in the feedback because they didn't have enough staff to help. How pathetic. Management needs to take this seriously or the hotel will lose its reputation.

The stay felt worth the money, and the services offered were good value for the cost. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were supportive and courteous throughout. I also enjoyed the food, which had good taste and variety. Thank you for the hospitality and for keeping up these standards.

My room never cooled below 23°C because of the air conditioning, which made the stay less comfortable. I was also refused an early check-in even though vacant rooms were available, a policy that felt too rigid. The bigger problem was being locked out for over an hour when the door wouldn't respond to any keycard. Staff were polite and tried to help, but eventually had to force the door open with a machine, and it took far too long. Management's rules and maintenance need significant improvement for guests to have a smoother stay.

The food was good and nicely prepared, and the staff were friendly, cooperative, and ready to help. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Jetty Grand. The rooms and accommodation were comfortable too. A nice experience, and I'd recommend it.
