The Rajgir Residency

We’ve felt very well looked after so far. I’m here with 18 foreign guests, and the whole team has been warm and well coordinated. Parking made arrival easy, our keys were ready, staff were waiting to help with the luggage, and welcome drinks came right away. The receptionist and manager made check-in quick and stress-free. The kitchen staff were kind and helpful too, and even let us use their kitchen to prepare food we brought along. It’s been a comfortable, memorable stay, and I’d recommend the hotel to groups and international guests. This is my honest experience so far.

The location made it easy to get to nearby sights, including Vishwa Shanti Stupa, Griddhakuta Hill, Nalanda, Rajgir Hot Springs, and Zoo Safari. Rajgir matters to Buddhists because Lord Buddha spent time here giving teachings, so the hotel could suit pilgrims and spiritual travelers. At The Rajgir Residency, I found the rooms clean and comfortable, and the staff polite and helpful. A pleasant stay, highly recommended.

The Namo Buddha group appreciated the welcome and hospitality during our recent visit to Rajgir Residency. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the hotel felt comfortable for our group. Staff were courteous, cooperative, and attentive, particularly when we made group requests, and service was timely. The restaurant served good quality meals with a range of options, and the dining area was arranged well for group meals. Front desk and housekeeping were efficient and professional throughout. Our stay was pleasant and satisfactory, and we look forward to coming back on future tours to Rajgir. We’d be happy to recommend the hotel to other travel groups.

The place is spacious, with a swimming pool and gym, and the accommodations, ambiance, and service were all quite good. The price seemed reasonable for the amenities. We did have a minor misunderstanding at reception that left us paying an extra 2k for the supper buffet. At check-in they only mentioned breakfast, but when we came back that night to ask about ordering meals, they said the buffet was available to us. Please clarify at check-in whether meals are included for all three times or just breakfast.
