We stayed for one night on the way from Kevadia to Dwarka. The hotel sits on a busy road near Jubilee park, and the parking area was small. Our room was clean and good, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The included vegetarian breakfast was nice. There was a smoke smell in the corridor, though. The tata ev car charger in the hotel parking wasn't working during our stay. If you need a charger, check with the hotel before booking.

Tina was especially supportive, and the staff stayed courteous and attentive throughout my visit. Check-in was quick and smooth. My room was spotless, well-equipped, and had the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I had an excellent time here. Thanks!

There were flies on the bread, and the room cleaners used products without permission. They also entered the room and used our things when we were out, even though we hadn't asked for cleaning. The receptionist was awful, and the response from reception wasn't good. Instead of admitting mistakes, they answered in a very bad manner. The general manager is also a bluffer. The night shift receptionist was helpful and deserves credit for it. Worst service experience ever!

The room was neat and clean but very small, and there was a smell that went away once the AC was turned on. Staff weren't very courteous, though things were okay overall. Food was average.

From the outside, the hotel looks good, but staying there was unpleasant. I spent one night with my family, and the room smelled, wasn't cleaned well, the bathroom drain didn't work, and the linens weren't clean. I wouldn't recommend it.
