On arrival they served us a welcome drink, and the hotel was clean and well looked after. The food was excellent too. Staff were friendly once we started chatting with them. The service felt personal more than professional.

It's close to the bus stop, which was the one advantage for me. There were loads of mosquitoes in the room, and although they brought food to the room, there was no dining area. The manager was arrogant and rude. They call it a 3 Star hotel, but to me it felt like a 1-star place and wasn't worth staying at.

Getting around was easy from the middle of Rajkot, and the food tasted outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very courteous. A wonderful stay overall.
