Mosquitoes flying around the room made it uncomfortable, and the washroom had a bad smell because there was no exhaust fan or proper ventilation. No one helped bring my luggage to the room either, which was disappointing and not what I expected. The room looked clean at first, but the stay was bad and I don't think I'll return.

The people who handled our bags were very helpful, but service was poor with so many people checking in at once. I booked through one india tourism, and the counter staff seemed fed up when guests complained about the rooms. The rooms looked clean but weren't maintained well and smelled bad. Hot water wasn't reliable either. The doors didn't lock properly, and when we asked someone to check, they said we didn't know how to lock them.

The rooms and service at NOVA VISTA were good, but by then we were exhausted from travelling and the hassle. The booking team needs to improve its coordination. Our train reached Rajkot at 12:30AM. We spoke to the booking staff several times and clearly said we'd arrive around 1AM and check out in the morning, confirming the timing and dates multiple times. We also called while on the train to ask for the property's location, and they helped us with that. But when we got there, they had no booking for us. At 1AM in a new city, we had to figure out our own transport, then were moved to their other branch because this hotel was fully booked. Later that day, after we'd already checked out and left, someone from the booking staff called to ask if I would be checking in as we'd discussed. It was a good stay for a night at the other property, but the booking staff and coordination need work.

The staff were polite and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the buffet breakfast was fine. The main problem was getting hot water for a bath. Each time I called reception, they'd send someone to the room next door to switch on the geyser. They should have a system for this. This evening I waited 30 minutes and finally had to take a cold shower. Room no 306.

The room was clean, spacious, and well kept, and the hotel had a relaxing, elegant atmosphere. Staff were professional, polite, and ready to help with a smile. Service was quick, and they took care of the little details. Check-in and checkout went smoothly too. From arrival to departure, I had a wonderful stay at Nova Hotel. The facilities and hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it to anyone after a pleasant, luxurious stay.
