We booked a room for yesterday, 3rd January 2026, with breakfast included according to the booking details, but staff said it wasn't included. When we asked how they'd resolve it, they said they'd discuss it with higher authority and get back to us. Still no update. The AC wasn't working properly either. We reported it twice in person at reception and once by phone, but nobody came. Very disappointed with the hotel and staff hospitality and service.

We had a flight to catch, so we asked to shower in another room after being told three times to let the water run for five minutes because there was no hot water. The other room did have hot water, but only from the tap, not the shower, and there was no bucket or jug. I ended up washing while sitting on the floor. Very poor facilities.

Breakfast was served with frozen chutney and sambar, and the restaurant wouldn't provide dinner, giving silly excuses. The breakfast they had already promised for 7 am wasn't available that morning either. On the first day, they assigned us a room that was already occupied. The next room had no toiletries or towel, and the kettle had some sticky stuff on it. Every day I had to call for water bottles, toiletries, towels, and tea and coffee bags. Poor service in every way, and overall not a good experience.

The furniture in the room hadn't been dusted, and the hotel itself felt old and unclean. The food was the worst. Our bathroom exhaust fan was broken, which let mosquitoes in. The room didn't even have basic things like a mosquito killer, toiletries, or drinking water.
