The bathroom was in a horrible, dirty state, and the whole place felt neglected and unhygienic. A bad smell from the room and bathroom kept me awake all night. Someone in the lobby played loud music and smoked through the night, adding to the misery. The AC didn’t work until midnight, there was no basic kit, and the room had just one towel. The hygiene was nowhere near suitable for families. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. Don’t trust the photos on Google and Goibibo. Nova Inn hotels in rajkot are lodges, not for families, be aware. Pathetic, third-class experience. I’d never recommend this hotel.

We stayed overnight on 26dec2025. The staff were really nice and cooperative, and the room was neat and clean. It’s also near the airport. For 1000rs, you get facilities like a 5 star.

There’s no kitchen, and they didn’t even provide tea or anything. The hotel was full of mosquitoes. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and the staff weren’t cooperative or knowledgeable about how to treat guests. Third-class hotel and service.

The hotel’s location on the main road, near the jewellery market, was its only plus. The room, washroom, and sink were dirty. Wrappers and gutka were scattered through the corridors and lift, and the corridors smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
