OYO Flagship 71757 Aditya Inn

The rooms were small, dirty, and had tobacco pieces lying around. The property manager behaved badly and seemed always to be after extra income. It felt like a hostel refurbished as a hotel, and almost any other hotel would be better. An absolute nightmare. Look at the ratings: most are either five stars or one. I believe the five-star reviews came from close associates of the management or hotel staff. Most customers had no choice but to give one star, since Google doesn't allow zero.

Only an emergency option, and still below average. The bathroom felt like a public facility and didn't even have soap. Staff couldn't seem to understand what I said the first time, and there were mosquitoes at night. This is from my own experience, so please don't choose this hotel.

I booked a room for a week while visiting Coal India Ltd. for training as an employee of Mahindra group. The reception boy behaved very badly, in a rowdy way, and forcefully charged me extra on top of my oyo payment. When I complained to oyo that the AC wasn't working, he came to my room, shouted at me, and said nothing would happen because he was the boss of the property. He checked me out himself on the third day without telling me, then forcibly removed my luggage from the room. I complained to oyo about his behavior, but no action was taken. Please be alert if you book this property. I don't recommend staying at this oyo property because I didn't feel safe.

We're full-time travelers and have been living in hotels for the past two years, but this was our worst experience. Hotel owner, if you're reading this, please replace your manager or teach him how to treat guests.
