The location was convenient, the rooms were clean, and the staff were courteous. It felt like decent value for money. Food service and kitchen availability could be better during busy hours, though. It was a decent stay.

A big no. The room was actually about half the size shown in the photos, with sharp bed and table corners that could hurt someone walking around. The employees didn't seem to know how to run the system, and there was no intercom. The power was out for most of the day, with the generator used only when they chose. Food quality was below average for the price. They also refused our complimentary breakfast on the first day despite the confirmation email, then harassed us at reception for extra payment when we showed them a copy. The room pictures are completely fake and edited, none are original. The positive reviews are fake too.

We visited on 27th of December, 2025. The food was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. Our room had plenty of space and the place is child friendly, though some rooms are quite small. Dinner was very late on the first day, but they fixed that the next day and served it at 9pm. The approach road is a bit narrow, so I'd rate the location 4/5.

Pavitram hotel and banquet feels like a home away from home to me. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices with proper hygiene. The banquet facilities are amazing too. It's a very good, luxurious hotel for the region, and I'd say give Pavitram Hotel a chance.
