Vaccinated Staff- OYO 4312 Hotel Park Street

The hotel is in bad condition and very dirty. You'll see cockroaches roaming around. Very poor quality.

The location is noisy, and with no proper soundproofing I struggled to get any rest. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and would look for somewhere else. It wasn't worth the money or the standards OYO usually promises. At Super OYO Hotel Park Street, my room was filthy, poorly maintained, and smelled foul. The linens were stained, and the bathroom was unclean with broken fixtures. Hygiene was unacceptable. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and ignored my requests for basics like fresh towels and water.

Nice place to stay, with a bar inside. Seems like a good choice for bachelors, but not families. The staff behave quite rudely.

The location is good, near the main road, but I feel foolish and cheated. My Oyo booking included complimentary breakfast, yet the manager said they don't serve it. He was very rude. The AC didn't work. The charging sockets, lift, and TV only worked when government electricity was available, and there was no generator during load shedding. Even the telephones weren't working, and the bathroom fittings leaked. My worst experience at any hotel.
