Getting to the hotel is inconvenient because the connection from the main road isn't proper, especially for first-time visitors. Inside, the rooms were unhygienic and poorly maintained, with basic sanitation apparently ignored. The food tasted far from fresh, and its preparation and presentation were so poor that eating there didn't feel safe or enjoyable. The front desk was rude and dismissive, with no interest in helping or resolving issues. Requests were delayed or ignored, and staff coordination was poor. With the bad service, poor food, and unhygienic rooms, it was a very disappointing stay that didn't meet basic hospitality expectations. I wouldn't recommend it.

The balcony view was mesmerizing, and the property was spotless. It felt peaceful and luxurious, with staff ready to help and always smiling. The comfort and beauty made it worth every penny.

Rishikesh's calm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made this an unforgettable getaway. The hotel had yoga and fine dining, along with great cleanliness and hospitality. The ambiance was heavenly and went beyond expectations.

The infinity pool and yoga sessions made the stay especially memorable, and the whole place had a refreshing, almost divine feel. Our room was spacious and elegant, with breathtaking mountain views. Such a beautiful property, and I’d definitely like to come back soon.

The staff were polite and the service was top-notch. From my room, I could see both the mountains and river, and the view was breathtaking. Heaven In Himalayas is a perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. I’d highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.
