It’s easy to reach Hi Hotel by Madras, right on the main road, and they also serve food at a minimal cost. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water facilities were very good. We had a comfortable stay. Thanks for hosting us.

There was no power backup, and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. The bedsheets were white once, but now they’re yellow and black with stains. There were termites, and the bathroom smelled like a gutter. They take no accountability at all. I would have rated it below one if I could. I hope they all die under this same hotel.

The staff and room service were awful, and the car parking wasn’t spacious. Outsiders parked their trucks and cars there, then misbehaved with guests and got into fights. The owner didn’t say a single word to them. Don’t waste your money on this third-class hotel.

The staff were really good and cooperative. And your pet Joolii 🐕 is so lovely! Maybe she welcomes every customer just like that 😊😆😃😄😀. Thank you so much once again.

The location is very nice, and the rooms are good for an affordable price. We’ll surely visit again when we plan another trip to Rishikesh.
