Hotel Blue Bell Rishikesh

The fan barely worked, and the AC wasn’t cooling properly. There was no room service, and when we took another room they raised the price without telling us beforehand. The staff were very rude. A really bad experience and not worth it.

We had booked 10 rooms ahead of time, expecting a decent hotel, but the rooms and bedsheets were dirty and there were no toiletries. Only one caretaker was around, lying on the sofa and not helping guests. Don’t expect service here. The hotel itself was pathetic.

The mehndi catering was a disaster, and because the wedding was in cold weather, there weren’t any burners to keep the food warm. Nothing was organised properly. Decoration was still happening at the last minute in front of the guests, which was disappointing and embarrassing for me and my family. We chose the hotel for its prime location to hold my younger brother’s wedding, but I’d ask people not to plan an event here. The whole thing put us in a bad mood.

After giving us a room, they wouldn’t listen to even basic concerns, including an urgent one. The person at reception ignored the problem and went to sleep without sorting it out. The service was terrible.
