The room was dirty, nobody listened, and the kitchen was filthy too. The bedsheets and covers were dirty, and the washrooms weren’t working. If you’re coming with kids, please look somewhere else. They charged 1,000 per room.

The blanket was filthy and gave me an allergic reaction. The room was awful, the towel and bedsheet were dirty, and there was no shampoo or soap. Service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The bed seemed infested with termites, and some rooms have these insects. The sheets were very dirty, like they hadn’t been changed for months. Worst experience. 😞

The staff were very good and supportive, and the hotel also has restaurant service. It’s family friendly and easy to reach, on AIIMS Road in Rishikesh, near Triveni Ghat.

The receptionist was bad, the rooms weren’t maintained or clean, and the bed linen had lots of stains. Neither the TV nor the geyser worked. It’s a very basic hotel for a price that’s far too high.
