The staff made this stay special with their warm, attentive help, especially Vikrant. Being beside the flowing river and surrounded by nature made the resort feel peaceful and refreshing, and the location is stunning. We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a lovely place to unwind and reconnect with nature, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Getting a ride here can be challenging, especially on weekends, and the road is rough. It’s also a bit far from the city attractions. But the property really lifts your mood: it’s charming and well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms, a maintained pool and garden, and beautiful surroundings and lighting. The food is great too. We had a great experience.

Management brushed off our complaints at checkout and offered neither an apology nor compensation. We had a terrible stay from start to finish, with none of the basic comfort we expected for the price. There was no water at all from the bathroom taps, so we couldn’t wash our hands, brush our teeth, or flush the toilet. The AC only hummed and blew warm air, leaving us tossing and turning day and night in a room that felt like a sauna. This is a village area without three-phase electricity supply. The curtain rods were broken and hanging off the wall by a screwdriver. The curtains couldn’t close properly, so our privacy was ruined and bright parking lot lights shone in our eyes all night. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

It’s a peaceful, budget-friendly retreat in nature, and we’d love to come back. The food was fresh, flavorful, delicious, and had options for different tastes. Moustache Resort is beautifully set by the river, and the cottages are lovely, with stunning views from every room. The real views are even more mesmerizing than the online pictures. It’s also elder-friendly and pet-friendly, which makes it a great choice for a family getaway.

The calm riverside surroundings and views added so much to our stay at Mustache Riverside Resort, Rishikesh. The location feels peaceful and scenic, while still being close enough to the main attractions. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, with a refreshing vibe that helped us relax as soon as we arrived. Staff were courteous, smiling, and always ready to help us feel comfortable. We had a pleasant, memorable time and would recommend the resort to people visiting Rishikesh. Looking forward to returning! 🌿✨
