We had frequent power cuts through the night, so the AC kept shutting off and our sleep was disturbed. The mattress was hard as a rock and the bedsheets were very dirty. There was no drinking water facility, and the rooms had zero maintenance. They raise room prices a lot when demand picks up for weekends, festivals and similar times. We ended up here on May 25th 2026 because it was a weekend and we couldn't find another option. On check-in, staff said they'd arrange river rafting for the next morning. When we asked about it the next day, he just told us to call the rafting company ourselves. He wouldn't pick up the phone, and eventually left us helpless. We were only 30min late vacating, but staff kept knocking to get us out. Their behavior was rude and careless. It felt like all they wanted was to profit from tourists, without caring about the service. This is one of the shittiest hotels I've stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it even for an hour. There are many better places nearby. Avoid it even if you get it for free.
